- Colleagues are very nice and smart - We work with cutting-edge cloud technologies from Google - The company is multi-national (HQ in Budapest), but still not big enough to be too "enterprisey"

There can be a bigger selection of projects at bigger companies

Self development and company culture are is focus. There are self development hours, people leadership, tech mentorship to improve yourself in your career path and professional skillset. Also, there is a policy for every process, so daily operation is very professional.

Junior mentorship still needs some time to be efficient.

Everyone is kind and friendly. It is a joy to go in the office. Company management is very open about the directions achievements of the company, even to the extent to share financial information with employees.

As a technology company, it offers a wide portfolio of interesting projects which are both career, learning, and growth opportunities. The culture of collaboration, empowerment, accountability, initiative, communication, and feedback is outstanding. The work is done in an agile manner which is a frame for many other methodologies. We are as close to friends as colleagues can be.

Cons

There is always room for improvement at every company. Important aspects of the culture are proactivity, accountability, and transparency. Some, who have socialized in bigger, slower, and less transparent enterprises may find it hard to lean into more transparent teamwork, communication, and taking steps proactively.
