    Pros

At the corporate level they have great training and leadership. Solid products and product training with good camaraderie. Confident in corporate backing and some flexibility.

    Cons

Local leadership outdated stuck in old ways with no real plan for success.

I worked at All American Hearing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The employees are easy to talk to and work with. Getting assistance and guidance is easy to come by.

    Cons

Still a relatively young company, so processes and procedures are not too solid. Answers are often slow and conflicting.

I worked at All American Hearing part-time

    Pros

There was a flexible schedule and a lot of autonomy to make decisions for the office. This is one of the larger dispensing groups in the US. If you are a good salesperson, this is an excellent company to be with because that is recognized.

    Cons

If you are serious about making referrals for the well-being of your patients, you have to be a high sales-person first- there is a lot of push- back if you refer people out for cochlear implant evaluations or BAHAs, etc. There is a trend of promoting people who are not necessarily good managers because they are good at making sales (or pushing people into decisions they may not be ready to make).

"non realistic views of management of PSC jobs - renumeration insufficient - little loyalty towards service employees"

    Pros

work mostly with an elderly patient base - enjoyable
can make monthly bonus - but must meet quota's that are sometimes unattainable through no fault of the PSC

    Cons

no annual wage increases given the last 2 years -- no company matching or contribution for 401 -health premiums doubled this year - no sick or personal time given -- any time off must come from your vacation bank that you acquire monthly

    Advice to Management

be more aware of the difficulties of the PSC job - especially in meeting the bonus earning stipulations - even a small yearly raise would help morale, PSC = peon in this company
