    Pros

You will be rewarded for giving up any work life balance. Excellent place for those who wish to work alone. Minimal interaction with peers or management. Pefect environment for those with no ambition.

    Cons

Only training available is web based personal time. No opportunity for advancement. Evening and weekend work will be expected and not compensated. High pressure atmosphere. You will be placed in sink/swim situations without recourse.

    Advice to Management

Consider employment reviews or some form on annual check-in

I worked at All Covered full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No pros, they talk a lot and deliver very little.

    Cons

They work you very hard and reward very little. You get recognition for not caring for your family and doing whatever the company asks. Not a good place to work. I wished I'd never wasted my time.

The have no real management skills. They use intimidation tactics to try and compensate for lack of true skills. They lost every client I brought in. HR supports bad management behavior and won't listen. It's just a matter of time before the company goes out of business.

    Advice to Management

Go back to school and learn management skills.

    Pros

If you have 0 experience in IT, but have just finished some IT education program this place is probably for you since you will be needing something to put on your resume after this job. However, if you already have experience, look elsewhere.

    Cons

2 weeks training for a really broad number of issues. Your lead/supervisor will pressure you to handle tickets/calls correctly when sometimes they don't even know what is the "correct way". VERY VERY VERY poor training.

    Advice to Management

    Please invest more in training

    Pros

Infrastructure to be the top MSP and integrator is 2nd to none. If they ever hired the right management, they would be a force. Lucky for their competition, their management and executives are incompetent. How do you have all of these resources and a multi billion dollar company backing you and only do $2 mil or less in revenue per year in the NYC market? Market Managing Director is a clueless joke, that's how...

    Cons

They have no idea how to connect the dots. Management team is clueless and blame everyone but themselves. I've seen the entire NYC team let go and find major success at their new companies while this Managing Director keeps failing, firing/hiring new staff and yet keeps his job. Vindictive and if you are not a yes man, he will target you.

    Advice to Management

Go back to working at Staples
