    Pros

    - mileage reimbursement - on-call bonus - trying to become more tech savvy

    Cons

    - little respect for a healthy work-life balance - no room for growth, bonuses, or pay increase - individual goals are often set too high to achieve & no recognition for trying to meet them

    Adore this company

    Pros

This company has one of the best incentive structures. There are also some great people that work at this company! I look forward to someday returning to work with them.

    Cons

On-Call can become overwhelming if you do not take a break from it. However, given the current situations, on-call should not be as bad as it once was.

    Pros

Once you show that you are a dedicated worker you will get plenty of hours, and they do offer a health care package to those that have worked with them for a while and are full time employees, I guess they are better then not having nothing!!!

    Cons

not enough hours in the beginning, staff doesn't communicate well, don't pay for gas or miles. Always new personal in office every couple of months so you don't know who your supposed to deal with on a daily basis. Try's to drop your pay rate if your late on your times sheets for any reason.

    Pros

Working with the elderly Time spent traveling is part of your day which breaks up the day

    Cons

Low pay, offered $27,000 per year but required to be on call 2 weeks a month or 14 days. Received a call at 2am with someone calling in sick. Three meetings a day which were pointless Was shorted money for mileage on my paycheck Had to fight to get the full amount of my last paycheck

Good place to start but not to grow with

    Pros

The office staff is great, they’re down to earth and easy to work with. As long as you do your job, stick to your schedules, and communicate with them you’ll never have a problem.

    Cons

Work/personal life balance is terrible. There is such a high need for care right now that the company seems to bombard employees rather than hire on a few more staff members to keep the things flowing more efficiently. The pay is awful as well. I would not recommend you work here unless you are just starting out and need to build experience.
