Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at AllWays Health Partners full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Location, nice building, nice co-workers

Leadership folks are micro-managers, total lack of trust - unqualified people in positions, especially in nursing. An engineer running nursing quality and patient safety is just outrageous

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at AllWays Health Partners full-time
Pros
Pay was good, and you will learn quite a bit about different kinds of healthcare data and SQL
Cons
Training is minimal and poorly structured. If you are new to the industry/SQL you will perform poorly and be viewed as a liability. Asking any question on material that was already 'covered' will be viewed in a negative light, as you should have learned and absorbed everything the first time around.

Our promise as a people-first organization starts with our employees, and we continually strive to create a culture in which employees are engaged and feel supported. Because there is always room for improvement, we encourage employees to raise work-related concerns with managers or Human Resources. If employees aren’t comfortable with these channels, we offer other resources such as an anonymous Compliance Hotline. We welcome the opportunity for collaboration to enhance the employee experience.
