    Pros

Very good front desk staff and managing good customer service whole over the India. High percentage of young generation employees.

    Cons

    Full of Unionism.
Errant Higher officials without any achievement . Officer employees are very much dissatisfied.
Executive have no positive thinking. Spending their tenures rudderless.

    Advice to Management

Build a secret MIS to select the actual achievers. Promote only those officers who are fruitful to the Bank. Number of senior executives from Scale IV to Scale VII to be reduced for centralization of command. Reduce the Unionism base and transfer only those who are non-achievers. Performers should be posted at their appropriate place for the benefit of the bank. Vigilance system is semi-defunct, should be energized. Once the SMGs come out of the unionism clutch and think positive for Bank, the organisation may be revert back on success tracks.
