    Pros

    Truly cannot think of any.

    Cons

Haphazard management. Sr. Directors head in the clouds. Underpaid for work expected. Awful 1.5 years.

    Advice to Management

Steer the boat steady. Look to understand the high attrition rates.

I worked at Allconnect full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

mostly fun atmosphere, free lunches sometimes

    Cons

you might as well be cold calling with the quality of phone calls coming. micromangers dream paradise. Long hours few breaks Training is great...till you hit the sales floor, then you might well be a paratrooper on D-Day, thats what it feels like..."here you go buddy, good luck!"

    Advice to Management

Better and more consistent training for new hires and newer agents. expecting 35 percent conversion on what amounts to cold calling is a little unrealistic. People are also more productive when treated like adults, not 2 year olds.

    Pros

You are getting good full time hours. The pay is 11 plus commission.

    Cons

The commission is little because of all the factors they in your sell and the tier you are in

    Advice to Management

Very encouraging on how to sell and get your sells up. Not really understanding on outside personal life

I worked at Allconnect full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Plenty of hours and overtime.

    Cons

It’s basically a third-party cold calling sales job where you’re getting customers transferred to you that have no idea why they’re even talking to you. Once you get someone interested in services the products available more than likely will not be good or work well for the customer, but you’ve got to make it sound like they will (basically lie to the customer). It’s bait and switch sales where you’ve got to manipulate the customer into buying products most customers don’t want. The company likes to portray the illusion of integrity or that they are there to “help” the customer, but only cares about selling the customer even if the products available aren’t beneficial. The training is mediocre with insufficient and inadequate materials specifically training modules and videos. The whole network system is behind with frequent crashes and errors, which also adds to loss of sales. It’s a third party company so it’s only so much information available to you to provide for the customer, so certain questions you aren’t able to answer making your role sound more shady. They ask whether or not you’re available between a given “10hr window” not telling you every Monday is a 10hr shift with a 30min lunch and three 30mins breaks! The scheduling is not set but vary between 15-30mins which can become confusing with penalties starting after one minute of being late. The work environment is unprofessional with management showing favoritism, it was very high school like. The turnover rate is astounding from management and hourly employees. The pay was mediocre with difficult sales expectations and not enough reward. Most stressful job I’ve ever had in my life.

    Advice to Management

Raise the pay, get a better system, apply the rules across the board to everyone. Get more products customers actually want. Show more consideration and compassion for your employees and maybe people would be happy to come to work and make a career out of allconnect.

Care about your employees but thats diff managers only care bout company while reps have to line everybodys pockets from bottom of totempole
