Commission is nice sometimes and they feed you ever blue moon.
Cons
There are so many Cons to name. In short, this was the worst place that I've ever worked at in my life! I've never felt so degraded, overworked, unappreciated in my entire working career. That said, just know going into the situation you will hate it but I recommend it if your back is up against the wall and you just need work.

working from home, that’s literally it. But this job is so terrible it will start to make you hate being home.
Cons
1. They offered me one rate of pay, had me sign paperwork confirming it then changed it by the time I got my first check. 2. Customers do not know they are being connected with the company when they are being transferred over. It is very much scamming people into buying internet. 3. If you do really well at the scam, they will put you on a “heavy hitters/advanced team” which is really just more work, with less pay. 4. They gaslight you so much with this job. I’ve been saying I feel uncomfortable for months and all they tell me is, there’s nothing they can do, and since I’m doing “well” (mind you I am making way less money) they see no need to work with my discomfort.
