    Pros

    Good training cool co workers

    Cons

Program goes down yet you have to take calls that you cant sell and it destroys your commission based on their ridiculous equation to calculate your commissions

    Advice to Management

Care about your employees but thats diff managers only care bout company while reps have to line everybodys pockets from bottom of totempole

I worked at Allconnect full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People were very nice. Politics were surprisingly low.

    Cons

Unfortunately there was no consistent direction and the executive team had very little experience other than Allconnect.

    Advice to Management

    Management by committee doesn't work.

I have been working at Allconnect part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There's really nothing good about it

    Cons

You work 10 hours with a 30min lunch break. That's not good

    Pros

    Laid back work environment

    Cons

The pay was bad even with a Bachelors degree and experience. They have people in management positions that aren’t qualified or knowledgeable.

    I worked at Allconnect full-time

    Pros

I worked at the St George office. The pros there were good training and good environment during training. Thats about it.

    Cons

On the last day of training they drop a bunch of HUGE bombshells on you that weren’t discussed during interview or through training. You find out that they will micromanage EVERY thing you do. I had to work an extra 15mins for going to the bathroom for 1.5mins. They have a no forgiveness policy and hold a lot over your head. The people there are fun, but lunches are super short and breaks are barely tolerated.

    Advice to Management

If you hire people that need a babysitting environment then the people who are more ambitious have no place to grow. This is a place for people with nowhere else to turn, not a first choice.
