    Good atmosphere, and you can meet a lot of people

    Cons

    Is commision based job, and you need to pay everything to yourself, transport ecc ecc.

    Pros

    very flexible time you can decide when to work, friendly environment and high possibility to learn and grow in a very competitive sector

    Cons

    there is a high level of competition betweeen employees and you have to reach a sales target in the month. suggested as a first job to start the career

    more attention on the human resources recritment process, and more training before to start to sell the products door to door

    Pros

    the working environment is great, there is a lot of collaboration and communication between the various offices. Furthermore, the structure is very flat and this allows information to travel quickly

    Cons

    there is no canteen and no tickets for the lunch break, it is not allowed to eat inside the building

    Depends who present to you the product. The approach could be of hard selling

    Pros

    You are free to organize your job and your time. You are in contact with a lot of people. If you are a good saler you cuold have a career.

    Cons

    You haven't a base salary, you gain only for what you sale. You have to use your car without any benefit for the money you spend in petrol.
