I have been working at Allegheny Health Network full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

They have decent benefits and a good amount of PTO. Good working atmosphere as well.

    Cons

They do not pay THAT well. They withhold yearly raises for an extra quarter and give you a bs reason for it.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Allegheny Health Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

OK Benefits, Good location, Job Security with Company that's coming out of a slump and re-inventing itself in a difficult market

    Cons

No training whatsoever, no interest in process improvement, unfriendly coworkers, felt like the job was "bait and switch": description said one thing, actual expectations were completely different, and very boring.

I have been working at Allegheny Health Network for more than a year

    Pros

Great work environment. They give you your time and space to get your work done.

    Cons

They do not give any bonuses whatsoever, and they do not give sufficient enough raises to keep up with the standard of living.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the reports that are being generated for upper management are actually neccesary
