Lots of different professions to talk to and network with. Friendly people.

      Cons

Lots of turn over in certain departments and the work can become very stressful and overwhelming.

      Advice to Management

Don't band aid issues, try to find a long term solution that will fix the root of the problem.

I have been working at Allegheny Health Network full-time for more than 20 years

        Pros

Pay is average. Raises are not per your work effort, it's just for being on the books - so if you don't like to put forth an effort, apply here.

        Cons

If you are not a nurse or not salaried - you are treated like lower class. No respect for those who are not nurses.

        Advice to Management

Just because someone is not salaried it should not mean they cannot work from home - especially someone who is very honest about their hours and has the means to do the same work @ home - i.e., hospital issued computer.
