I have been working at Allegiance (CA) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Strictly, only cons. Not one good thing to say, outside the building was shiny.

    Cons

simply ask them for what your job description is - they will have the hardest time giving you an answer, I asked the staff 5 TIMES.. to make sure it IS NOT A DOOR TO DOOR sales job (worst than working at a fast food joint). They all told me , no, no it is not. And said everything I wanted to hear. I drove 3 hours for this interview, just to find out in fact I was lied to numerous times. and GUESS WHAT- they do door to...

I have been working at Allegiance (CA) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I started in this position as a sales representative for our major clients that we work with and I as I got more into the training process I was able to cross train in other divisions. This really helped me to see all aspects of the buinsess and find my right niche to grow in this company. I now work in the Human Resources department and because of major expansion opportunties in opening up an office in OC, I have the...

    Cons

The time frame to transition our team is coming quicker than expected and I hope I just absorb everything as we have our main trainers here for month. I need to study and definetly assume higher roles to get my experience in half the time.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see time frames for expansion offices put up publicly in the office. It would make it more exciting and helpful to have a visual reminder!

I have been working at Allegiance (CA) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I have been working at Allegiance for a year now within our marketing division. I have been really focusing on my professional skills in being the best with communication with the client and leadership development with coaching my team. Because of setting goals and having my manager weekly evaluate my performance I have rencently qualified as a top Account Director that will be a rewarded to attend an all-inclusive company...

    Cons

Managers only announced the top five in the nation and I would have love to see the rest of the competitiors who placed working with my major client. Also wanted more feedback in what to improve.

    Advice to Management

I wish my manager showcased this opportunity a little more and discussed the qualifications in more meetings.

I worked at Allegiance (CA) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Sadly None. Honestly None. The people who work there are decent, but they don’t pay your bills. No stability here.

    Cons

    - commission only (once an app is installed) -low pay -insane hours (11am-9pm). Once you’re a leader you’re expected to work a 12hr day or sometimes longer (9am-10pm) including Saturdays! RUN AWAY!

I have been working at Allegiance (CA) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working here has definitely taught me how to manage an office and how to have a solution oriented and goal oriented mentality. I get to work with (and learn from) great mentors. Great growth opportunities within the company.

    Cons

It certainly involves hard work but then again I would not have it any other way since I know I can achieve my goals and have a long term career within the company.

I have been working at Allegiance (CA) full-time

      Pros

Been working at allegiance for 6 months now. Started there right after getting my MBA from Sdsu. Had little experience prior to joining them in January. Started off in the AT&T department then after few months got the chance to become one of the HR managers in the office. I learned so much in both positions, it definitely reshaped my personality and helped me improve so many skills in such a short time.

      Cons

Meetings could go long but you’ll never walk out not learning something new.

      Advice to Management

      Casual Friday!!!!

I worked at Allegiance (CA) full-time

      Pros

Some people I met here were nice

      Cons

I worked here for a year. Don't let the facade of the fancy office with the bumping music and a pool table fool you. You will go at least a month at first with no paycheck and then make barely any money after that with the exception of a good week here or there. You are walking door to door at homes or businesses depending on what "division" you are. This is a pyramid where what ever you sell your "leader" will get a...
