I worked at Allegiance (CA) part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pros: you get a chance to taste what is like to work for 12 hours every day for little or no guarantee of tomorrow

    Cons

This job employs a pyramid scheme and completely commission-based. The more sales that you make, the higher you will go. However, the employees are expected to work between 9 AM to 9 PM every day. Even some on the weekends. This is a terrible way to gain leadership because everyone starts as a salesperson even if you want to become a manager. EVERY POSITION IS LITERALLY DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES.

    Advice to Management

    Terrible business model.

    I worked at Allegiance (CA)

    Pros

It is a fun environment and if you are looking for a door to door sales job I would highly recommend working here.

    Cons

I specifically said that I was not looking for a door to door sales job during my interview and they said that they would be able to find something for me. But first day on the job I was out selling door to door. They know selling door to door has a stigma that comes with it so they try to...

    Advice to Management

Be up front during the interview. If you continue to lead people on then you are going to continue to have a high turnover of employees.

I worked at Allegiance (CA) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

People are nice and the manager of the branch I worked at was very motivating and a good leader, if you like pyramids, this is the job for you

    Cons

Misleading interview, was told that I would be part of their "management training program", they lie about certain aspects of the job and also do not clearly answer your questions, very unprofessional work environment, had to sit on the ground for our morning meeting, if you draw out their business model and how you can move up in the company, you get the shape of a PYRAMID, purely commission based, learn no real skills,...

I worked at Allegiance (CA) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some great people worked for the company, making the environment fun, however we were all in the same boat.

    Cons

Management and HR make the firm out to be a top Marketing Firm with great growth potential and financial bonuses. The company is really a door-to-door ticket sales, 100% commission, and a pyramid scheme.

    Advice to Management

Be upfront about the positions and what the company really is and maybe you will have better retention.

I have been working at Allegiance (CA) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Strictly, only cons. Not one good thing to say, outside the building was shiny.

    Cons

simply ask them for what your job description is - they will have the hardest time giving you an answer, I asked the staff 5 TIMES.. to make sure it IS NOT A DOOR TO DOOR sales job (worst than working at a fast food joint). They all told me , no, no it is not. And said everything I wanted to hear. I drove 3 hours for this interview, just to find out in fact I was lied to numerous...

I worked at Allegiance (CA) full-time

    Pros

Some people I met here were nice

    Cons

I worked here for a year. Don't let the facade of the fancy office with the bumping music and a pool table fool you. You will go at least a month at first with no paycheck and then make barely any money after that with the exception of a good week here or there. You are walking door to door at homes or businesses depending on what "division" you are. This is a pyramid where...

    Pros

No pros! If I could I would give them negative stars.

    Cons

They are liars! It's not sports marketing AT ALL it's door to door!!! You get dropped off in a location with no car pretty much stranded and they make you sell discounted tickets going business to business all by yourself. You work from 8am until around 7:30 pm and most of it is unpaid. It's 100% commission so if you don't sell anything you don't make any money. They pay you...

    Advice to Management

Stop lying!!! Let people know up front what the job is and then they can decide for themselves if they want to continue with the interviewing process. And pay your employees during your 2 hour morning and 2 hour night meeting. You should be shut down for what you're doing!!! Modern day slavery. Also hire new team leaders who know what they are doing.

    Pros

You get plenty of exercise walking around all day. *silver lining* It won't give you food poisoning...so there's that...I guess

    Cons

This place is a PYRAMID SCHEME, grunts or "client reps" as they like to call them do all the heavy lifting, while paid only commission, while the guys on top get all the reward. They use "sports marketing" to mask what is really ticket soliciting door to door. Doesn't matter if there's a language barrier, these robots still expect you to pitch their products.
