"Great company with management that cares about its employees."

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Allegiance Protection Group full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
I have worked here for over the past eight years and counting. I came to Allegiance protection group with no security knowledge and experience but they were willing to take a chance on me, even helping me to obtain my security license and giving me the job. Management is always ready to listen, very accommodating, willing to work with you and address any concerns and problems you encounter. If you are hard working with good with ethics the sky's the limit.
Cons
You need to be adaptable and committed. A job in the security feel it's not for everyone but then again management is flexible and is always willing to work with you If you are serious and committed.

Pros
Safe environment to work. I worked for 8 years as a Security and FSD and can say if you are a diligent employee and loyal to the company, Allegiance Protection is very appreciative and rewarding. If you are interested in extra hours, the management will easily provide you with such.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind, full satisfaction.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Allegiance Protection Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
I’ve worked for many companies in the past and Allegiance clearly stands out from all the rest. They care by providing quality service to its clientele at all times. They treat their employees as professionals and value their opinions. Jim has created an environment that makes you look forward to coming to work. I’m grateful for the confidence that he has placed upon me. Jim has given me his trust to lead and the opportunity to demonstrate my management skills. I’m glad it has a positive outcome, and I’m particularly pleased that he sees the value in the work as well. Allegiance also has an administrative team that demonstrates true professionalism. I’m grateful to be part of the Allegiance Team.
Cons

Pros
Very casual and comfortable work environment. Also a great place to learn various aspects of investigation processes. Management is very supportive and open to communication as well as receiving feedback. Highly recommended for anyone starting their career, and equally recommended for a more experienced employee since there is much to learn. Each employees' skill set, experience and acquired knowledge is highly valued and is used a stepping stone during the employees' tenure. The nature of this work is very interesting and unique, and is most recommended for anyone with a sense of curiosity, adventure and intellect.
Cons
None to report, great company to work for.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at Allegiance Protection Group full-time
Pros
Jim is a stand up guy. Great to work for.
Cons
Bad attitudes from management that was either passed down or shared by subordinates. Made for a very uncomfortable work environment regardless. Has potential to grow given the right direction, and if president notifies "management" that their job is to manage employees not belittle or berate them. Training was little to nothing, and you have to defend yourself from the pettiness of office politics. Definitely don't waste your time here.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Allegiance Protection Group part-time for less than a year
Pros
Friendly staff, lenient policies, eat for free at catering events
Cons
No benefits, scarce work hours, pretty unorganized. They also make you feel like it is Mandatory to let them hold on to your Fireguard license, which they are NOT allowed to do. They are also NOT allowed to KEEP your Fireguard license after you resign from their employment. This is very sketchy security organization. For anyone looking for a security position, I recommend seeking out private security for residential locations and even nightlife locations if you do not mind working overnight hours.

I worked at Allegiance Protection Group
Pros
Just all the good people that work for this company. The good people are truly what keep the company running at all.
Cons
If you have any respect for yourself please don't work here. Most employees are not treated like human beings. The pay is not good, benefits are a joke if you're lucky to have any at all, there is no HR department. "Management" if you could call them that, are incompetent and money hungry. A lot of people quit in the first week. some quit after just a day. They have a crazy high turnaround rate and it's for a reason.
