I have been working at Allegiance Protection Group full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

I’ve worked for many companies in the past and Allegiance clearly stands out from all the rest. They care by providing quality service to its clientele at all times. They treat their employees as professionals and value their opinions. Jim has created an environment that makes you look forward to coming to work. I’m grateful for the confidence that he has placed upon me. Jim has given me his trust to lead and the opportunity...

    Pros

Very casual and comfortable work environment. Also a great place to learn various aspects of investigation processes. Management is very supportive and open to communication as well as receiving feedback. Highly recommended for anyone starting their career, and equally recommended for a more experienced employee since there is much to learn. Each employees' skill set, experience and acquired knowledge is highly valued...

I worked at Allegiance Protection Group full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

This is a great place to work at to start your career and gain experience in various areas of the field, be it investigative or administrative. You will come out as a true team player and jack of all trades. Nice lunches and bonding time with fellow employees from time to time.

    Cons

Only people with certain characteristics can properly thrive in the work enviroment.

    Advice to Management

Keep an open door policy and listen to your employees concerns.

I worked at Allegiance Protection Group

    Pros

Good hours, lenient schedule, nice colleagues.

    Cons

Management is completely incompetent, uncommunicative, and treat workers inappropriately.

    Advice to Management

My co-workers and I were verbally berated in front of each other on a weekly basis- I watched several of them cry after being screamed at in the middle of the office. Any reports of workplace difficulty are ignored. Management is totally bi-polar; super nice one minute and yelling at you the next, and will do anything to accuse subordinates of mistakes so as to avoid blame themselves. Terrible place to work at a dead...

I worked at Allegiance Protection Group full-time

    Pros

Jim is a stand up guy. Great to work for.

    Cons

Bad attitudes from management that was either passed down or shared by subordinates. Made for a very uncomfortable work environment regardless. Has potential to grow given the right direction, and if president notifies "management" that their job is to manage employees not belittle or berate them. Training was little to nothing, and you have to defend yourself from the pettiness of office politics. Definitely don't waste...

I worked at Allegiance Protection Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Friendly staff, lenient policies, eat for free at catering events

    Cons

No benefits, scarce work hours, pretty unorganized. They also make you feel like it is Mandatory to let them hold on to your Fireguard license, which they are NOT allowed to do. They are also NOT allowed to KEEP your Fireguard license after you resign from their employment. This is very sketchy security organization. For anyone looking for a security position, I recommend seeking out private security for residential locations...

I worked at Allegiance Protection Group

    Pros

Just all the good people that work for this company. The good people are truly what keep the company running at all.

    Cons

If you have any respect for yourself please don't work here. Most employees are not treated like human beings. The pay is not good, benefits are a joke if you're lucky to have any at all, there is no HR department. "Management" if you could call them that, are incompetent and money hungry. A lot of people quit in the first week. some quit after just a day. They have a crazy high turnaround rate and it's for a reason.

    Advice to Management

Management is too narcissistic to ever take any advice. I'd be wasting my time to offer any.
