    Pros

The pay is amazing if you are getting a great amount of deals.

    Cons

I wish it was base pay plus commission because when things get slow you make no money.

    Advice to Management

Set base pay and offer some benefits if you miss work you make no money

    Pros

    - Pay is reasonable
    - Decent corporate culture
    - Low level development management is good
    - Company is stable
    - Flight benefits

    Cons

    - Upper management is murky and detached
    - Lack of direction for overall projects
    - Walls between the various dev departments are impenetrable most times.

    Advice to Management

    - Strive for a truly agile workplace
    - Don't put so much separation between those whom are doing the work and those whom are customers of that work.

I worked at Allegiant Travel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people in IT, decent pay, bonus structure in place

    Cons

Poor management on IT Ops side. "Always the devs fault". No leadership, they work remotely. Abusive managers are not fired and their friends are hired to make for an even more toxic environment. High turnover of staff due to the toxic environment

    Advice to Management

Directors should be required to be on site. Managers who abuse substances should be terminated without chances. Managers who swear at employees should be terminated. Less high school drama and knee jerk reactions. Stronger presence from senior management on-site.
