I have been working at Allegiant Travel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Allegiant is different from most airlines, I appreciate being able to go home the same day . We only do turns.

    Cons

Pay scale could be better. Currently fighting for a contract.

I worked at Allegiant Travel full-time

    Pros

Benefits package, salary isn't bad, coworkers were great

    Cons

A lot of office politics. People get promoted based on time they've been there and if the VP favors them. Finance department in particular expects you to work long hours.

I have been working at Allegiant Travel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Travel benefits! Fast paced environment. Most employees are truly caring about the company and the growth of the company. Advancement opportunities are available.

    Cons

Very open concept work environment. If you like that type of office environment then it's not a con. The pay could be a little better.

    Advice to Management

Move around the corporate office. See what people are working on. Get to know the employees.

I worked at Allegiant Travel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Of course Non-Rev Travel perks, lots of show/event perks for those working at HQ. Fun atmosphere, friendly co-workers, team-building activities. I enjoyed my time there.

    Cons

As in any corporate environment one wonders how certain people climbed to the C-suite, because they are so wishy-washy and ineffective in meetings.

    Advice to Management

Remember to acknowledge employees you don't know (as simple as a smile). Don't be so aloof.

I worked at Allegiant Travel part-time

    Pros

The management at PIE was good but the managers on the ground were always there for help and teaching

    Cons

Poor schedule options and they wouldn't allow me off for Sunday's. Unfortunately Florida law allows companies to punish those who goes to church. To bad as it was one of my favorite jobs

    Advice to Management

Let people have religious days off without threat of being fired.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Move away from the we always done it this way mentality.
