    Pros

Great place to learn how corporate recruiting works. Given opportunity to work on large scale RPO clients and interact with key decision makers within those clients.

    Cons

Limit the number of reqs given to a recruiter. It's impossible to have success when you're working on 70reqs at the same time. Listen to your recruiters feedback instead of making false promises to the end client.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your recruiters feedback instead of making false promises to the end client.

    Pros

There are some great people to be found here. Given the small nature of the company you will have numerous opportunities to stretch yourself in your role.

    Cons

Pay is not competitive - expect to get 10% below whatever your market value actually is. You will get the absolute bare minimum of days off (you will have to use for vacation days for Black Friday or July 3rd if like this year July 4th is on a Tuesday). Benefits are horrendous - high deductible plan (though they do provide you with an HSA, which is fine so long as you don't get sick or have kids.) Maternity leave is the bare minimum. Senior executives are rightly referred to as a "Frat." Executives throughout the company have favorites, and they will seek to change rules regarding incentives to ensure that those favorites are rewarded even if their performance does not merit it. Those who have been in the company long enough are immune to scrutiny. While you can stretch in your role, don't expect to get paid for improving over time, especially if you are not in the business. Don't expect to ever receive more than a 3% raise. Working here is fine if you are fresh out of school and need experience, but do not plan to stay more than 2 years - it will hurt your long-term earning potential.

    Advice to Management

Stop rewarding the people you like the best, and start focusing on those who are actually performing the best. I don't know what level of control you have versus Allegis corporate, but you HAVE to start paying people what they're worth.

    Pros

There are plenty of entry level opportunities for recent college graduates in all areas of the company. Schedules are often flexible.

    Cons

Most managers have been promoted from within so there is little thought diversity.

    Far too many mandatory meetings.

If you aren't a recruiter, your opportunities to move up are scarce.

Finance department sets unrealistic goals resulting in low bonuses.

Your week starts at 40 hours. 50 is about average.

    Advice to Management

Stop throwing mixers and just pay out our bonuses.

If work in delivery center exposure with career options available

    Cons

    Long hours, high volume

If work on site at client in a non hub location limited if any career options

    Advice to Management

Don't just move around / promote poor performers between accounts
Follow through with team recommendations not talk in endless circles about making changes
