I worked at Allegis Group full-time

    Pros

Young and energetic crowd. Like minded people so workplace used to be fun

    Cons

    1. No strong HR team to listen to grievances
    2. A Team Leader at GTAC used racist comments on kannadigas and kannada. This was a hige issue on media but the company gave her stay at JW Marriott and she got away with the issue
    3. Team leaders are like sharks just waiting to pounce on new joinees(girls). A TL and new joinee had to be terminated because she became preganant with his child
    4. Girls beware joining this company
    5. No sense of work ethics. From Director to senior manager to team leaders, everyone have relationship with girls in the same team or different ones. Never heard or seen anything like this in other companies

    Advice to Management

Please build a strong HR team to listen to sexual harassment cases especially for the GTAC(night shift) team

I have been working at Allegis Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was interviewed & hired as a Customer Service Representative working remotely out of my home.

    Cons

I was to receive a check(which I did) to cover expenses for equipment & software. When I went to deposit the check into my credit union I was told the check was fraudulent. After reporting that back to the training supervisor, I was then asked to cover the expenses out my own funds with a guarantee I would be reimbursed. Would that reimbursement come as another fraudulent check. Be careful that all the promises made are kept

    Pros

Benefits were awesome. Manager s were excellent. Learned a lot.

    Cons

I was in the China office. Didn't like my team. Team were not friendly to me and only cared about themselves. They were also very whiny people. If it weren't for my stupid team I would have enjoyed it a lot more. Besides my team, recruiting industry is tough and requires long hours, but you can make a lot of money.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up good work
