I have been working at Allegis Partners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Exposure to fantastic clients, hands on leadership, training, opportunity to take on more responsibility, GREAT work life balance - If you have proved to be a hard worker leadership will never question if you need to work from home or leave early

    Cons

May have to look outside the organization to get a large comp increase, average benefits

    Advice to Management

Continue building more training for employees, lay the hammer down on people that aren't doing their jobs
