    Pros

    + reasonable modern technology stack

I have been working at Allegro Group full-time

    Pros

Really nice people, benefits and office.

    Cons

Some part of the software are really old, and managers put more attention to create new features that gave money instead of software quality.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on software quality. When users will be using application without any problems and errors, they will spend money there, and everyone will win. :)

I've been working there sice 04.2010 and still have fun doing things there. A lot of work opportunities.

    Cons

Don't apply there if you aren't flexible and easy adopt to changes.

    Advice to Management

Management should be more careful about consequences of their changes. A lot of people loose their morale if they don't see sense of change or it takes too long.
