I worked at Allen Samuels Chevrolet full-time

    Pros

The pay plan is alright. Not as good as in Dallas. Chevy can sell itself.

    Cons

Market here is of very bad credit. Lots and lots of 400s will pass by and waste an employee's time.

    Advice to Management

Do something about the bad credit customers. I understand you have Santander. Your employees are wasting 2+ hours with people that shouldn't be buying a car anyways.

I have been working at Allen Samuels Chevrolet full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers were great people to work with.

    Cons

Terrible management who don't help you out at all with a customer, when I say that there is an aftermarket part we need, I expect the managers to order it for me on time and not wait a month to do it. Work hours from 9-8 pm is mandatory. Bad selection of used cars for customers to choose. They will try to cheat your commission if you are not paying close attention, be wary! Managers encourage you to lie in order to trick customers to coming in or making them pay high. Extremely unethical.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, be better organized, learn how to stop lying to people, change the working schedule, and get better used cars.

  3. "Good not great"

    Pros

Good Hours, Monday-Friday, Fast Paced, Easy Going

    Cons

    Pay
    Under appreciated
    No room to advance

    Advice to Management

Try to care more about employees instead of telling them to go above and beyond with no incentive
