    I worked at Allergan full-time

    Pros

High Salaries with opportunity for career growth and advancement

    Cons

Disorganized structure from too many mergers without proper integration. It took over 6 weeks to get SAP access because all requests had to be routed through a website that kept transferring my request to a support team mailbox that had been shut down 6 months prior.

    Advice to Management

They need to better establish protocol for integration after M&A.

I worked at Allergan (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pay and benefits were great.

    Cons

Terrible work/life balance, awful management (when I was there), got treated like a robot, like I had not life outside of work. IT was like the worst case scenario of a group project in school: Your whole team was seen as the same thing. Individuals were not held accountable, the entire group (and especially the leader) were.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together

    Advice to Management

For all the team meetings and planning, and having 6 partners, the company should provide administrative days to help with the business acumen planning

    Pros

Café of all sorts of options for breakfast & lunch on campus. Wonderful people to work with and the managers are extremely supportive and allow you to work from home up to 3 days per week.

    Cons

Since there are a lot of people that work from home there tends to be loss of communication.

    Pros

Compensation is good, work is amazing and people and wonderful to work with. Everyone has a purpose. Lot of training opportunity and career growth

    Cons

Mergers and constant changes - but that makes us one of the best in the growth pharma. Individuals who are looking for long term consistent job might find this company a bit too aggressive.

    Advice to Management

Communication within departments needs to improve
