Diverse team members, growing culture, monthly all-staff meetings, great benefits (BCBS), employee perks such as cellphone reimbursement(s), travel reimbursement, holiday PTO, and birthday PTO. Company work events such as 'Employee Appreciation Week', Christmas party, Halloween Costume contests, and Cheers for Peers program.

Pros
I have worked at Alliance Catholic Credit Union going on five years and the culture here is definitely something to talk about. ACCU has a positive workplace culture that raises morale, increases productivity, and improves teamwork. ACCU promotes employee engagement and learning opportunities in all departments and makes you feel like you are part of the family, because you are. The company offers great compensation and benefits and treats employees throughout the year in many other ways.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments can sometimes lead to unclear messages, or misinterpretation and when working in teams, this can be an issue. Clear and effective communication is an area I believe every company and even leaders strive to be better at.

Pros
I've been at the organization for several years now and have worked closely with team members at every level in the organization. Everyone shares a common goal and works together. It feels like family. Everyone has an opportunity to contribute new ideas, participate on projects and so much more. It is truly the kind of culture and environment that anyone who's looking for a comfortable, laid back atmosphere would enjoy! People who work hard and are willing to learn new things and take initiative have the opportunities to advance. People who are just trying to come in and collect a paycheck without caring about what they do, will not do well here. Bonuses are amazing here. This year they were higher than before and we even received a profit share. Incredible! The organization also covers a lot of the benefit cost for employees. Out of pocket for Blue Care Network is like $14 biweekly for full-time.
Cons
Downsides could include a lack of positions to advance in to as quickly as people may want to advance. However, there's a lot of growth happening so new opportunities are developing as well.

Pros
Flexible with hours, fun activities outside of work, amazing Christmas parties and cash bonuses- cell phone incentive and wellness classes included in employment. Blue Cross Healthcare, coworkers are great.
Cons
Management is all over the place, they hire outside of the company most often- so don't expect a raise or advancement in your career. The branches come form a merged credit union, and suffice to say, every branch is on its' on page and has different procedures. No cohesion.

Pros
Heartfelt people! It feels like a family!
Cons
Decision processes take to much time.
- Former Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Decent benefits, but they seemed to dwindle every year.
Cons
Unprofessional and immature management team. Rules seemed to vary between employees and upper management with regard to time off.
