I have been working at Alliance Family of Companies full-time

    Pros

In my experience, your manager can really define your work life for the better or worse. Thankfully my mangers are arguably the best I've ever worked with. They're kind, understanding and I've never gotten flak for asking for help. A lot of time I don't even need to ask, because they are always offering a helping hand. I really appreciate having a job where I have a good relationship with my bosses.

    Cons

    Nothing stands out.

I have been working at Alliance Family of Companies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Alliance is such an incredible place to work. If you want to put in a hard day’s work and know you truly made a difference at the end of the day, this is the place for you.

Executive team removes roadblocks and ensures what needs to be done is done

A great deal of diverse opportunities for different positions and career growth

Company does not sit still and is focused on the future

Not a culture of micromanagement - leadership highly approachable and open

    Makes work rewarding and fun

    Cons

I am sure you can find negatives in just about any company. But when you work for a company like Alliance those negatives will be few and far between.

Alliance moves quickly. This kind of environment does not fit everyone. Be ready to change direction and/or focus quickly. Not a good place for those who want to put in little effort or hide in anonymity.

    Advice to Management

Keep you foot on the gas, focusing on the future.

Team members watch and listen to what you do and say. Take time to engage with everyone.

I have been working at Alliance Family of Companies full-time

    Pros

The work itself is pretty enjoyable (for me at least), but the people are what really make the place great. A lot of my coworkers have become close friends, and all of them are a joy to work with. Great people to work for and team to be a part of.

    Cons

Nothing our of the ordinary. The day to day experience has been pretty enjoyable.

    Pros

The pros are they let you keep your phone on the floor and they don't really monitor if you are at your desk or not. Basically you get paid for doing less work which is awesome.

    Cons

I went from one disaster to a bigger disaster That is the only way I can describe it. I was enthusiastic about moving to another company but then the rose colored glasses came off and I realized what was happening. Patients are just dollars and employees are just there to push things through. If you are a yes person. THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! If you believe in patient care, ethics and staying above board this place is not for you. But everyone needs to decide for themselves. Be prepared to look for another job sooner rather than later if you are an above board kind of person.

    Advice to Management

Stop being crooks. Stop treating your employees like you are the plantation slave owners.

    Cons

Be more on top of everything

    Pros

A shot at 'medical sales' if you don't have experience.

    Cons

Sales training and leadership are a joke. CEO and others on the executive team are disconnected from reality and unappreciative of those that work for them.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully you're investing all of that money elsewhere. This racket can't last much longer.

    Pros

There are some nice people there.

    Cons

    Entry level Sales position
    Shady business model
    High Turnover
    Management is shady
Company will tank soon--- Don't do it unless your are 23 looking to get into medical sales. This is not a position for seasoned sales reps.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with employees. There is no potential for 6 figure income in my regions.

I have been working at Alliance Family of Companies full-time

    Pros

The company is always focused on doing things better, and is not bound to traditions. Out of the box thinking and problem solving is encouraged, and the company is good about delivering the tools to make this possible. The amount of training provided has been increased in recent months, and the robust professional development policy has been emphasized.

    Cons

Company is very numbers-driven and can lose sight of the human element of things. Company meetings are generally focused mainly on sales and numbers that others in the company may not find interesting. The company is working on many exciting things that are not shared with everyone, which is just a missed opportunity to get everyone more excited about working here.
