I worked at Alliance Health part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, pay is decent, relaxed environment. There is free cereal and drinks, and the managers are understanding of individual situations.

    Cons

This company feels like a sinking ship. There were big legal problems in 2017 which lead them to bankruptcy. Terrible communication throughout the company lead to nobody knowing whether people would be laid off or if the company would fail. There have been about three huge layoffs in the past year, and the will be rebranding to “Upwell” soon, and changing locations. The problem with this place is terrible upper management, with shady business practices.

    Advice to Management

Work on communication, from top to bottom, and restructure the company to actually help people, instead of scamming them.
