    Nights with some managers were not as strict

    Days with some managers who were over the top

    Advice to Management

    Stop promoting the cliques and look at individuals who bring value and have their own merit

    Pros

    Co workers friendly, flexible hours

    Cons

    NO RAISES EVER!!!! The wage you start with will be the same year after year . Poor training with high accountability. Company can't keep up with promises to client and they take it out on you. Too much stress for too little pay. Don't waste your time.

    Advice to Management

    Have some heart and compensate your hard working employees.... Maybe your turnover will decrease and people will feel valued. stop micromanaging on the little things.

    SOME of co-workers nice and helpful.

    Cons

    MOST nurse co-workers insecure, unhelpful, prank-playing, gossipy about each other. Always looking to see what others are doing. Too many 'Managers/Leaders' and these are incompetent. Inconsistent 'training'.

    Advice to Management

    Place is a revolving door. Nurses are not necessarily business trained. 'Managers/Leaders' only concerned with next promotion and how to get it. Do NOT ask a training question because you will be labeled as unable to 'grasp concepts'. HA! 'Training' is inconsistent. Ridiculous input from HR in the 'training' area. 'Training' on client material/client data input is POOR at best. Clients should know they are spending money...

    I worked at Alliance Healthcare Information part-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

    Somewhat flexible schedule. Can make up hours my working late or coming in early. Friendly co workers Birthdays are celebrated each month with cupcakes. Fridays are bagel days. Lunch trudk

    Cons

    Low salary for industry no benefits for part time supervisors and upper management staff do not follow SOPs Rules not applied to all . . .some people can use cell phones openly at their desk while others get reprimanded. Dress code is not enforced. Disorganized training. Allowing smoke breaks, but only 2 15 minute breaks for those who do not smoke. Minimal parking at best.

    Advice to Management

    Improve training, enforce rules for everyone. You have a fantastic group of professional people working for you, trust them an allow them to shine. Be sure rules are followed by all. Expect good things, do not always anticipate the negative. Do not send out frequent reminders on how to act when a client is visiting, this is demeaning.

    Pros

    The non managers were very nice and helpful to me free coffee and nice break rooms offer lunch truck service daily

    Cons

    found the managers to be a little insecure dysfunction between managers and client and team a communication center that doesn't value communication( from you) licensed people are fine, unlicensed? Good Luck...

    Don't be intimidated by questions on topic.. ill prepared meetings, waited over 35 mins for presenter to login...Hello ?
