I have been working at Allied Health Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great culture and comfortable work environment. Room to grow and be promoted if you've been with the company long enough for them to see your potential. Manager gives employees autonomy and independence but daily reporting is a must.

    Cons

    Compensation could be better.

    Advice to Management

    Good management.

I have been working at Allied Health Group part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They real work hard to provide you with consultant work when u prove to be a reliable employee. And they always look out for positions that can roll over into permanent positions.

    Cons

They can get a little aggressive when trying to place you and getting paper works in for physicals and licensing that need to be on record at the last minute instead of in advance so an employee can just start work when needed with out rushing to get needed documents in.

    Advice to Management

My only advice is to keep up the good work. You have a great team of recruiters that work diligently to find positions for your employees which in Turn makes your company one of the best and definitely worth referring
