    Pros

    Fair company to work for.
    The house I work at are looking to make changes and improve the service.

    Cons

    Hard working with difficult clients, and the pay is low.
    Having said that, client can brighten up your day and make you laugh. Not a bad job.

    Advice to Management

    Sometimes those at bottom, don't get listen to.

    Made my own hours, could bring my daughter everyday, very laid back setting, nice working environment, good co workers, good location, good learning experience

    Cons

    Working at allied health i was underpaid, unappreciated, and overworked. I was hired for filing only and ended up doing claims, billing, and a numerous amount of other things and was denied even a .50 cent raise

    Advice to Management

    I am a awesome worker and I know I can bring a lot to the table. Im very motivated and I am always on time! I leave my personal problems at home and I do my very best everyday! Im very confident in my ability to learn anything I set my mind to! I'm also very organized and have great communication and computer skills

    Pros

    Great pay, fairly easy labor, great boss who was on top of things and was a leader, rewards for hard work

    Cons

    Long days, dusty environment, sometimes the work is tedious. The workers weren't always willing to help with situations that required the manpower

    Great people to work with, enjoyable position with many different clients and throd parties. Community involvement,

    very stressful, long hours, communication breakdown, non sociable hours inc weekends. No company rewards or perk of the job.

    Advice to Management

    Please pay more attention to staff in branch as well as the carers. Reward staff where due.

    I worked at Allied Healthcare full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    The office environment in Stone was the best in which i have ever worked. On the job training was given and the staff were really nice.

    Cons

    There were zero travel opportunities for people based in Stone. The salary was poor. There was very little overtime on offer should it be needed.

    Advice to Management

    The management has changed structure due to a buyout since i worked here, so have no advice to give.

    free uniforms and travel expenses

    Cons

    not bothered about timescales. Expect you to be at someone's home at a certain time and give you no travelling time. No support given

    try and put yourself in the carers shoes and act upon information given
