    Pros

Work schedule, start and end time of shift was convenient. Allowed to use time from shorter lunch breaks during the week to leave early on Friday.

    Cons

Everything! Very unprofessional. Women had to deal with harassment from the men including management. Management disciplined employees like children by yelling, throwing things, cussing and even relocating seating arrangement by making the "problem child" sit in the corner to face the wall. Training is a joke, they go over employee handbook which they never abide by and make you do side by's with employees who spend all their time skip tracing. They put you on the phones expecting you to know everything, don't dare ask a question because you don't want to disturb your manager. If you do reach your goal, be prepared for management adjust your numbers and find reasons why you're not receiving a bonus. Unless you have side business of selling drugs to your manager then you should be fine. Management won't bite the hand that supplies them.

I worked at Allied International Credit Corporation full-time

    Pros

    - The people you will work with are great, it is literally the only reason i am giving 2 starts

    Cons

    - Its near impossible to get a holiday if you havent booked it a month in advance and even then it takes ages for the to approve it
    - The wage is disgustingly low for the amount of money you bring in
-They treat the contracts as more of a suggestion than a actual contract
    - They take every opportunity to skrew you out of money they owe you
    - In a 8 hour shift outside your break you are expected at most of having 5 minutes to use the bathroom and you are timed on it
    - If your late by 1 minute you get chastised but if you have to stay behind 15 minutes you dont get the time back
    - Scrapping the referral cash bonus for a point system, 500 points isnt going to pay my council tax

    Advice to Management

    - Review your pay how can a person be expected to support a family on they wage offered
    - Actually listen to your employees rather than giving the illusion you are
    - Dont use the client as a scape goat every time you dont want to do something
