    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Allied Live full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The biggest perk to working there is being able to see Broadway shows for free on opening night.

    Cons

Unfortunately there are many cons. Pay and benefits are mediocre at best, very low for the DC area. Hardly any room for growth, so your career will stagnate if you stay. Disorganized management, too many things going on at once. Very stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

Have orientation and training for new employees instead of throwing them in. Have training for supervisors as well so they know how to be good leaders. Encourage open communication. Increase pay and benefits for employees to reduce turnover.

I worked at Allied Live full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly staff. Flexible hours. Lots of free promo gear, t-shirts, nick-nacks, etc.

    Cons

Manager gives little direction. Too many things going on at once. Leaves even the most organized person feeling extremely overwhelmed and disorganized.

    Advice to Management

Management should consider meeting with employees more often to review progress and discuss areas that need improvement/ growth.
