I worked at Allied Market Research full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

No pros to mention at all

    Cons

It's not a place to work, it is basically a place where top management guy falls in love with hr and do time pass. Secondly, there are no insensitive at all. They will commit u about insensitive on 1st of every month and they will forget it by the end of the month. Then all u have to do is keep on doing follow ups and keep fighting for that money which belongs to u. Basically u have to beg for your money only. Unnecessary salary deductions. HR is soo lane and useless that they don't even bother to reply or revert u properly.
Admin and Accounts sucks. Full of fakeness and mindless people.

This will obviously happen if u give departments to those who don't even deserves to be a floor cleaner.

One more thing, all good leads and hot query will be handle by them and sales team will get garbage and the funny part is they ask to close deals from that.

    Heights of fakeness and stupidity

    Advice to Management

Just be a man of your words and have shame to accept and deliver. What all commitments u make in conference room, do fulfill them.

Stop running from people to pay. Just pay what u commited as people deliver for this coming and for earning some more money.

    Pros

The only Pro point is that the colleagues working with you are really helpful!

    Cons

Worst HR. Even the PF and ESIC money are kept with them. Later you will get a shock when there is no money in your PF account. No incentives at all. Do not fall into the trap of high payment especially freshers. Extremely pathetic quality reports. The data is simply copied from google. No research is done. The investors hardly bother about this company. The managers have a good experience but they too get frustrated as they themselves don't get incentives. The managers make you feel you are working in a bloody call centre. Even after this you join the company, god bless you. Later you will remember this review.

    Advice to Management

Shut down your company. You have no knowledge. Just investing money is not gonna fetch you anywhere. I suggest, put that money in the banks. You will earn comparatively less but atleast you won't get the abuses of the employees.
