      Great company and benefits

      Pros

Hours are guaranteed for 1-2 weeks. Great trainers and staff. Good pay!

      Cons

Sometimes your request for time off more than 2 weeks out would get denied. They will try to call you in on your day off all the time.

      Pros

Flexible hours, flexible sites, good pay depending on site, health insurance is okay, union claims to care if it helps them, chose from sitting or standing jobs.

      Cons

Fighting for worked over time(that they requested you do), fighting for holiday pay promised for worked holiday hours, hiring new employees to site that have no interest in actually working, giving very little training time for heavily difficult computer programs that usually take a couple weeks (ie: 5 days, because we don't have the money to train for weeks), fighting to keep guards that constantly break rules/ LAWS(what, why?) and are bullies to other coworkers because they have "experience".

      Pros

      good pay and flexible schedules

      Cons

Too many covid cases and lack of prevention for other security officer's health. There is a lack of temperature checking when going into work to prevent people who are ill from entering and a lack of administrative assistance of officer care.
