    Pros

Not hard at all, just sit at a desk and watch the cameras.

Extremely low pay. Can be very boring, especially on overnight shifts.

I worked at Allied Universal full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Offers on line benefits. Acceptable employment for a student, beginner, additional income or a second job.

    Cons

Lucky to get a complete uniform. Talk of advancement opportunities but never any follow through. Failure of communication/agreements between the upper management was common. Capability to contact upper management was non existent. Low pay scale. A general household can't survive on a take home pay around $8-$9 an hour.

    Advice to Management

No advice here. I believe they know exactly what they are doing to ensure their job security. It's working for them.
