    Pros

Overtime is always available which makes for fast money if needed.

    Cons

The pay isn't good enough. And the hours are long.

    Advice to Management

I wish the supervisors cared about their workers.

I worked at AlliedBarton full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There were no Pros for the company unless you were a part of the in-crowd, no matter how uninformed and/or stupid you were. People with good relations to higher management would be removed from 4, 5, or 6 sites for unfavorable reasons but still kept their jobs....!

    Cons

The most knee-jerk reactive company I have ever seen. Even when I went above and beyond to try and direct upper mgt. to what was right or upcoming, just would not listen. Guess I needed paper and crayons!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

    Get a clue.....
