    Pros

I have over 27 years as an employee within an engineering firm.
Like others, I have worked at Allpro for more than 10 of those years.
Within those 10 years, this company has (by far) out-matched any previous employer with regard to company benefits, profit sharing, generosity, training, mentoring, team environment, consistent employment, structure, and most importantly discipline.
I recommend this company to any person seeking the same attributes mentioned above.
But be advised that without ‘discipline’ one should not expect results from this or any other professional firm.
Like any other professional firm, there will arise times when overtime is necessary and teams need to come together and get the job done.

This company provides an excellent opportunity for hard working, dedicated, self-motivated, disciplined individuals to bring their skills to the table and gain experience within the telecom industry at the same time.
This company is always on the lookout for talented and motivated individuals to become part of the ‘family’

    Cons

parking lot is small and crowded at times

I worked at Allpro Consulting Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The location was fairly good... Super cool and talented team.

    Cons

Everything else... The owners are terribly rude and disrespectful to the employees, especially the female employees. I felt like I was being bullied by my supervisor, rather than directed. I don't see this company lasting too much longer without a serious management clean up. Also, the pay is not what it should be for the amount of work completed.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat your employees with respect and dignity and you just might see some progress within the company. Treat others how you want to be treated.

    Horrible Management Skills
    Horrible Compensation for hours worked

    Pros

    Every friday you get breakfast.

    Cons

All cameras facing to you all the time.
Each minute tracking, Arrival, break, departure email to send. TOO Much of work that would need 8+ hours , and end the day they ask why 8+ hrs ?

    Advice to Management

Owner are educated person, they better figure out good to succeed.

    Pros

    Location. AND THAT IS IT!

    Cons

Have you ever seen that movie 'Horrible Bosses"? The two that own this company are worse than anything depicted in that movie. You will never get a raise, they dangle quarterly bonuses in front of you only to never deliver. This is a big deal when you are working for a sub par salary. Overtime is expected but rarely compensated. DO NOT WORK HERE!

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat your employees with respect. You may actually see a better product than what your sweatshop mentality produces.

    Pros

conviniently located. salary average comapred to other companies. employees are friendly and help each other. Benefit package is kindoff ok.

    Cons

Directors of the company do not respect employees personal time. forced to come on the weekends to work. very disrespectful relationship between employer and employee. As an employee cannot grow in this company. Big promises made during interviews will never make it to your table.

    Advice to Management

Each employee has a personal life and one should respect their time. Company can succeed if only employees work hard. For Employees to work hard learn to respect them.
