    Pros

Flexible. Finally modernizing a more seamless experience for the customers. Numerous locations all with different payment and hourly structures

    Cons

Unless you have the money to open your own All state you won't get far working at one. Underwriting is more like an audit and a lot of Bad business gets written. Too much competition between Allstate agents with rate evasion

    Advice to Management

Follow the book it is far less stressful in the long run. Be more invloved with your employees to know what is working and what is not.
