FilterLicensed Sales Professional
I worked at Allstate (More than 3 years)
Education allows you to work for various agents or for the main company itself.
Agents dictate everything, hours, benefits, salaries,
Flexible. Finally modernizing a more seamless experience for the customers. Numerous locations all with different payment and hourly structures
Unless you have the money to open your own All state you won't get far working at one. Underwriting is more like an audit and a lot of Bad business gets written. Too much competition between Allstate agents with rate evasion
Advice to Management
