Paid time off, onsite gym and dr office, hours

    Cons

management, amount of pay vs amount of work,

    Advice to Management

The barometer is there and you all say you use it but there were never any changes. And watch your lower management choosing favorites. When someone doesn't know how to do their job after 9 months on the job - do additional training with THAT person don't try to bring down an entire team so one person doesn't feel singled out.

    Pros

When I actual receive comment commission it is really good. Between 7-10%. Agency atmosphere is super laid back.

    Advice to Management

But leads. Great agents like actual independent agents not employees.
