The sky is the limit with Allstate! I have gained the skills, training, and development to advance within my career. I love the Total Compensation Package which includes tuition reimbursement, PTO, a pension, various baby programs from car seats to adoption credits, and various other advantages. Great company.

    Cons

Thinking of cons - there are none. The culture within the office is strong and supportive - you just have to have the drive and determination to make it happen.

    I worked at Allstate full-time

    Pros

Solid work environment with good pay. Everyone in the office was friendly and easy to work along side of. You can listen to any music that you like while working

    Cons

Not a lot of windows in the office so it feels a bit stuffy in there. The boss is very busy and sometimes hard to get a chance to speak with her.

    Advice to Management

Create more time to talk to your employees during the day, and keep up the great work environment. Low stress is a bonus

I have been working at Allstate full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Allstate is a company that takes care of its employees. You get out of the company what you put in. Meaning, if you want to help people, work hard, and display a great attitude, the sky is the limit for how far you can go. The Paid Time Off cannot be beat! The salary is comparable to other companies, but the main difference is in the other benefits: Health and Wellness Incentives, 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and a pension plan! Employees care about each other, for our customer, and we are proud of the company we work for!

    Cons

This company is amazing to work for...I couldn't be prouder!

    Advice to Management

Continue to manage with compassion, dedication, and passion.
