    Pros

    Flexible hours, family work balance, offers great training. All employees are very caring and look after each other in time of need.

    Cons

    Long commute to work which can be unnecessary as there are other work options. Medical benefits are not good, but that is true everywhere.

    Pros

    I loved working at Allstate, the owner of the location I was at was great, very lenient on attendance, I got all the tools I needed to succeed

    Cons

    the only thing I was unhappy about was the pay, I was getting minimum wage plus commission which was fine when there were tons of leads coming in however I had to leave once business slowed down and commission went down

    Advice to Management

    offer more hourly so that employees don't have to stress about the low months when leads are not coming in

    Independent offices allows for diverse opportunities where you can find your best fit.

    More concerned about making money than the client, create rules and rates that make it difficult for the people in the offices to explain to and retain clients.

    Try to look at the big picture of all the employees working for Allstate, not just the top 5%.

    Great pay and great people.

    Cons

    Workload, the company didn't invest enough manpower for the position.

    Advice to Management

    The process is good but the number of personnel is out weighed by the amount of work tremendously. Management needs too invest more in it's people to provide a better work life balance.

    i work for an AMAZING agency. My boss takes care of his people and is very kind, generous, and brings a lot to the table. He is very goal oriented and pushes our office to be better. Office environment is like a family, everyone helps each other.
