    I have been working at Allsup's full-time

    Pros

    Atmosphere.
When available, there's the possibility for overtime which helps your weekly check.

    Cons

Pay is low for the work. If management is terrible, the job is terrible and there is a high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Don't be an office manager or best friends with your employees. Don't rely on a couple employees to ensure your store runs.

    I worked at Allsup's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

So I was there for a year I loved getting paid every Friday.I earned a week paid vacation. Complications came up and I felt like I wasn't getting it even though it was requested in the certain amount of time. I had to quit because this time off was important dealing with military. Do I still get paid for my week paid vacation that I was supposed to receive? Help

    Cons

Being in a little store sucks. Was only allowed 1 person on shift. If this is your first job I do not advise it.

    I worked at Allsup's full-time

    Pros

Better pay for night shift hours 10pm-6am. Raises frequently.

    Cons

Smaller company. No benefits. High turnover rate with youngsters as your primary labor force. Checks are received by greyhound bus which is always late unless you're near headquarters in Clovis, NM. Pay is never on time

    Advice to Management

Give your managers a break and credit where it's due. Also get in the 21st century and pay your employees by direct deposits or check cards. That is ridiculous. Majority of your stores are in small country towns and employed by people that desperately need that check to be on time to pay bills and feed their families

    I have been working at Allsup's full-time

    Pros

    Company car
    Free gas
    Monday through Friday
    Weekends off.
    Holidays off.
    Freedom from supervision.

    Cons

    Low pay.
    Pay increases are rare.
Little to no room for advancement.
    Harassment from clients
    Physically demanding.
    Mentally draining.
    Sometimes dirty/messy.

    Advice to Management

There isn't much to sayou to management the director of the department knows exactly what need to be done and ensures it is done without any micro-management. Management is great. In terms of the clients we deal with (the managers of the individual stores within the company) are in general disconnected from their position and responsibilities.
