    Pros

I worked at Alma Advertising full-time

    Pros

Free food, free beer, if you are lucky enough you'll do interesting things.

    Cons

    You won't grow in here.
Lots of distractions, loud noises everywhere, loud people.

    Pros

Great creative team, challenge-y creative leadership. Summer Fridays. Dog friendly. Location. Parking. Wellness plan (gym) + breakfast. In house studio. Health + Vision + Dental OK

    Cons

Management is very biased. Very low growth opportunities, you better negotiate a great salary before joining, as it won't get increased.

    Advice to Management

Lack of managerial skills and structure won't be fixed by employees or awards, really invest time in listening to your people. So many talent ends up leaving because of that.

I have been working at Alma Advertising full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The culture is great and the people that "work" there are a lot of fun.

    Cons

The management team has been there for too long and they are very egocentric.
    It's very cliquey.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the younger people, stop writing it off as a millennium issue.

I worked at Alma Advertising full-time

    Pros

    - As far as US Hispanic Agencies go, this is one of the best Agencies bar none. Great sense of purpose, dedication and passion for the cause coupled with great people that make you want to stick around forever.

    Cons

    - While there are great accounts on the roster, growth is somewhat limited to staying in Southeast and wanting to specialize in a specific segment.

I worked at Alma Advertising full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The agency has a large and varied roster of clients. It is great because you have the opportunity to work for different brands, especially as a project manager or producer.

    Cons

The agency has a hard time breaking away from the traditional mold of doing things. Many of their creatives think outside the box, but the account teams are not as forth coming. It makes it difficult to navigate.
