Hands my manager - the only reason I’m not actively looking for other opportunities. They have added kickers to commission, but once they see people hitting them, they pull them back.

It’s gotten better since the old CEO left. He could care less about employees. They just added the end of year shut down for 2023, but was excited to tell us about it before the holidays in 2022… they quadrupled territories, but never increased car allowance or pay after they did a mass layoff. The reporting tools are absolutely horrible and people in control of this as well as training are super controlling and have no idea what it’s like out in the field. The company lacks transparency.

Pros

Some of the managers are really nice. Great work-life balance because your territory is not directly associated to the amount of effort you put in. You could put in all the effort in the world and your territory will not budge even by one script. Therefore, you can essentially work half days and no one can tell the difference. If you need a job use them for a paycheck while you keep looking

Cons

Pay is lower than industry standard, there goals is absolutely ridiculous so do not expect 100% commission. There were many quarters where 20% commission was normal across the nation. Benzodiazepines do not sell and that is your main product. Company has had layoffs and people are leaving like crazy. Next products coming out are not exciting and just as dangerous. They do not pay out PTO when you leave so make sure you use all of it before you put in your two weeks.

The benefits have great options and numerous paid holidays. Great car allowance and corporate card for work gas and expenses.

Recently had major layoffs. Extremely cold and cut throat. Inexperienced upper and lower level management. Not truly invested in winning. Poor new product launches. Please avoid this company. Remaining sales force will probably be dissolved soon.
