    Pros

This is a great job to have if it's your first job. The environment is fun and you learn a lot of valuable skills.

    Cons

They hire a lot of people who don't benefit the company and the turn over rate is high. The managers don't recognize hard workers and the place gets old after a while.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate those who work hard, stop hiring idiots.

    Pros

Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Center offers flexible hours, partial discounts, and that pretty much wraps it up. What else would you expect to get, unless you were in management?

    Cons

Lacks leadership, majority of management tends to be a bit vindictive, along with some of the senior employees, and they will flip on you if they disagree with you. If you can overcome that, then good news!

    Advice to Management

Offer better benefits to employees, management should maintain fairness and equality for all employees, regardless of position and department, and seniority.

  3. "Great people to work with and learn"

    Cons

    Long late hours on weekends

    Advice to Management

More leadership training would be nice

    Pros

The management staff is easy to get along with and will help you learn in the hospitality industry. They are also willing to work with class schedules.

    Cons

The hours can be long and, at the time I was employed, it was open 365 days a year. There is a large staff.

    Advice to Management

Management does a great job with what they have but could have more assistance managers to help because of the size of the center.
