I have been working at Alorica full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I've worked at Alorica for about 8 years. I love working here. The management staff is amazing and the opportunities to advance in the company are the best I have ever encountered. In a matter of 3 years, I was promoted 4 times. Management is very down to earth and very accommodating. I will be here for as long as I can. I love it!

    Cons

None that I can think of

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you do! :)

I have been working at Alorica full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I love working at Alorica because we do work with some of the best people in El Paso. When problems arise we all communicate well within ourselves to get things done quickly. The availability for promotion is also great- 98% are promoted within and has helped me be as successful as I am today. We also have Making Lives better which I have personally seen how much it helps our peers better their lives when they are going through a financial hard ship.

    Cons

The referral system- wish getting paid for referring someone to work at Alorica would be easier.

    Advice to Management

Be there for your people. Let them know that they can come and communicate with you and that you will help them be better, successful and help them as much as you can. A happy employee is a successful employee.

I have been working at Alorica part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

working from home, as a virtual employee, competitive salary

    Cons

New policies that are not pro employee. if one of your supervisors has it in for you, they can cause you a great deal of grief and your ability to fight is limited. This Has Been My Experience.

    Advice to Management

If you find one supervisor consistently down rating a single employee that all others give high marks perhaps you should contact that said employee and see if there is a reason for the negativity

I have been working at Alorica full-time

    Pros

Everyone is super nice, even the trainers are great people. The training is very extensive, which is good if you have little or no experience in a call center. The training is 10 weeks long, 5 in classroom and 5 on the floor taking calls. Overall the company really seems to make their customers and employees happiness a big priority. There are also many opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

Only con of job is low pay

I have been working at Alorica full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a great place to work. However, you have to have a strong work ethic and show up for work. When here, you are expected to do your job and enjoy the many perks offered. All promotions are internal and there are opportunities if you apply yourself. Good, solid job for anyone that wants to learn and help customers with their issues.

    Cons

Some employees are just here for a paycheck. It is hard to help those that won't help themselves.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.
