Decent pay w/ poor equipment and poor training methods

      Pros

Working from home w/ full time hours @ $15HR starting, equipment provided, benefits & employee discounts

      Cons

In training class several people didn't receive all their needed equipment/computer parts, several more had & weeks later still have issues with computer programs that are required to use in training, systems you will work with are not taught enough during training you learn through doing reading lessons & quizzes, they have you practice real calls in first few weeks with very little knowledge of how to operate & navigate systems.

      The WORST JOB!!!!!!!!!

      Pros

      you can work from home

      Cons

this job is absolutely UNORGANIZED, the training is very unprofessional and unorganized , they just throw you on calls without proper training. they want you to work extremely hard and offer certain things for members without paying you the incentives that they are supposed too. this job rarely offers BONUSES and INCENTIVES, NO HOLIDAY PAY. Very short staffed and put all work on its staff. training classes started off with over 20 people and there are only like two people left. there is always a different manager due to the ones already here , they either quit or leave to another program. there is no escalation team for when callers are irate , and supervisors barely take over escalated calls. VERY low pay rate. you are underpaid for the work and duties that you have to perform. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WORKING HERE !!!!!!!

Work here if you have to.

      Pros

      Work from home. Full time

      Cons

Lack of training. They don't know how to train and your trainers never know the product or company you are working for. They send you out to work and expect you to get the hang of it on the job. They get contracts from other companies and over promise to them. They just mass hire and hope that the majority of the people get it.
