I worked at Alp Consulting full-time

    Pros

1.)Good company were salary is given correct though being a consulting service with out delay.
2.)They some times conduct Employee Engagement Activities.

    Cons

1.) Employee Attrition is more, it's mainly bcoz of the over pressure given by the managers...internal politics is more.
2.) Survival depends on for which team you are selected, otherwise its very tough , even you performance is good they will send you out.

    Advice to Management

Directors blindly believe managers, not even trying to analyse themself what this Manager said will be right or not , if Employee Attrition happens in this way company can run with Directors , Managers and few employees who praise you all.

    Pros

One of the best company to start your career. One can get ample learning opportunities.
Offers excellent platform to experiment and learn with complete freedom if you can perform.
Fantastic top management with a clear vision, knows what it takes to drive a venture.
    Good work life balance.

    Cons

    Weak middle layer.
Management often takes up good initiates but when it comes to their execution the organization fails completely. Poor execution.
Zero interaction between the management and the lower layer. Management relies more on the middle layer which often manipulate things and doesn't present the clear picture.
People tend to get into the comfort zone. Management often fails to identity the non performers.
Uneven employee engagement. Employees at the head quarters have higher engagement level.
HR team can be a little more empathetic. Need to understand their responsibilities and be more responsive.

    Advice to Management

Encourage 360 Degree mechanism for feedback.
The management should rely less on the middle layer for inputs and must increase its involvement with the lower layer. If not every month the management must speak with them at the end of every quarter.
Should not allow the staff to compromise on core values.
