    The best coworkers. Tons of opportunity to create and be innovations. Can gain great problem solving skills.

    Lot's of travel can be tough at times.

    Keep empowering staff to run the show.

    Lots of freedom and incredible help from the lead programmer. I get to make serious contributions as a junior developer.

    Pros

    The ability to travel for Alpha Epsilon Pi has been amazing. Also having such flexibility in my schedule makes the transition from college into the working world much easier.

    Cons

    It's a 24/7 job. You don't have specific days off during every week.

    Pros

    You get to travel all over the US and meet great people. You are helping the greater Jewish community in addition to the college level.

    Free 3 week trip to ISrael

    Cons

    Stressful because of all the traveling. You have to sleep in couches or inflatable mattresses.
    Low salary compared to other options

    Advice to Management

    Should let consultants stay at hotels more often and offer a more competitive salary to be able to recruit more capable people.

    Pros

    Happy and nurturing environment for all employees. Everyone treated well. Beautiful building to work in. Great place to start and move to incredibly good future positions in the Jewish world.

    Cons

    The only con is that AEPi's HQ isn't located in a larger (cooler) city

    Advice to Management

    Keep up 3PM closings on Fridays in summer. Keep Fridays as dressy casual.
