    Pros

Great working environment.... Approachable management..... Nobody bothers you, if you keep doing your work efficiently....

    Cons

Make sure everything is on paper before you sign any offer letter....

    Advice to Management

Overall a great team. Just because of few people and their inefficiencies, management might get bad reviews.

    Pros

AlphaVista is a great company to work at. They are caring, very professional, and they offer great benefits.

    Cons

The only con I would find is that they only work in the west coast. I will be moving to the east coast and I have to find a new company for that purpose.

I worked at AlphaVista Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Recruiting was excellent- communication with that dept. excellent, professional. Compensation was average.

    Cons

HR Dept leadership- awful. No support. As an employee, you will be sent out with little or no support to sink or swim. Any conflicts that arise (and there are usually some that arise eventually) are ignored.

    Advice to Management

Support your staff. They are not simply opportunities to make your company money. Increase your materials (assessments, therapy materials, toys, etc) for therapists to use while serving your company. Listen.
