I have been working at Alsco full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Stable company for over 125 years that is privately owned in a reliable industry. Working in Internal Audit has provided many opportunities to learn and grow with occasional travel, fair pay, and work/life balance. In my experience there have been many ways to grow your skills and work with many people at the corporate office and internationally.

    Cons

Change within the company takes time and patience but does happen. Promotions also take time but opportunities do come up.
