    Pros

Fantastic commission program. Nice 401K. You are allowed to take home provided company vehicle w/gas card. Work Life balance is excellent. that being said if you don't sell or your lazy, don't bother. follow the plan and its easy to make 90K the 2nd year.

    Cons

Operations and systems can be frustrating, however, they are in place for a reason.

    Advice to Management

This is my second go round. not sure about here yet.

I have been working at Alsco full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Working at Alsco you will always know that you will have a job if you hold up your end of the deal, there is always something to do at the laundry. Co-Workers are freindly and working hard will usually get you up the ladder. Managment is fair and you are treated with respect.

    Cons

The pay could be better, and the corporate structure has gotten worse over the last decade, it is no longer a small organization.

    Advice to Management

Do your best to deal with the centralized control that the corporate office wants to push, don't forget about the little guys.
