I have been working at Alsco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone at the location treats you like family. You really feel with Alsco that everyone here wants you to succeed with all the support you get not only from the branch but the regional sales manager too. Commission structure is by far the highest in the industry. Don't let some of the bad reviews fool you, this is an amazing company.

    Cons

Training isn't as in depth as other companies in the industry. Sales manager isn't located locally so face to face time with him is scarce. Other than those there aren't any other cons.

    Advice to Management

Consider local sales managers above and beyond the regional sales managers so the sales teams at the branch have another resource.
