I worked at Alstom Power full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits and pay structure

    Cons

Company has a very European opinion of the USA and is very intent on moving business out of the USA to to low cost countries. Most USA jobs are shaky.
Recent partial sell out to General Electric has cost more than 2000 Americans their jobs in the last 8 months and there are more cuts in the offing for many more ex-Alstom employees.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in America.
